| Job Duties: | Prepare architectural, civil, and structural drawings, detailing by using AutoCad and other design and review software. Develop conceptual drawings for various residential, commercial space planning and design requirements in AutoCAD program, SketchUp and related software. Prepare isometric, technical, shop drawings and assist with presentation of perspective to client. Conduct site visits and obtain measurement of facilities or structures and related site information for developing base plans or as-built drawings. Assist project engineers and project managers with coordination of design or construction projects with sub-consultants and clients. Assist project engineers and project managers with daily document management for design and construction management projects. These tasks include hard copy and e-copy filing of correspondence, emails and project daily reports from site staff (engineers and inspectors) and from contractors and consultants. Assist with processing of data and documents such as preparation of forms and data input, exhibits for Zoning Permit and DEQ Permit for applications. Assist in development of technical illustrations for inclusion in engineering reports using AutoCad, SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu. · Excellent communication skills including report writing |
