Job Title: Cook
Job Duties: Must have training and understand cooking procedures and must be able to work with less supervision. Must have baking skills. Must know how to use cooking tools and equipment. Cooks foodstuff according to menu and number of persons to be served. Prepares and cooks vegetables, salads, dressings and desserts. Cleans, cuts and cooks meat, fish and poultry bakes bread, rolls, and other pastries. Plans menu, taking advantage of food in season and local availability. Requisitions food supplies. Cleans and inspects galley equipment, kitchen appliances and work areas for cleanliness and functional operation. Washes pots, pans, dishes, utensils and other cooking equipment. Compiles and maintain-food cost records and accounts. Direct activities of one or more workers who assist in preparing and serving meals. Perform other related duties as requested.

Qualification Requirements: Must have at least two (2) years of experience working at a restaurant or hotel. Must have training and understanding cooking procedures and must be able to work with less supervision. Knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) is an advantage. Must be a professional and of good moral character. Must be at least high school graduate and must have at least culinary training on any accredited schools of training centers. Must be dependable. Applicant must be of good moral character, good work ethics, reliable and stress tolerant.
