Job Duties: Prepare, seasons and cook soups, meat vegetables, desserts and other Korean & Japanese food stuffs for consumption in eating stablishment-Korea House Restaurant. Reads menu to estimate food requirements & orders from supplier or procure food from storage. Adjust thermostat controls to regulate temperatures of oven, broilers, grills roasters and steam kettle.Measure & mixes according to Korean & Japanese recipe, using variety of kitchen utensils & equipment such as belenders, mixes, grinders, slicers & tenderizers to prepare soups, salad, gravies, deserts, sauces and casseroles. Bakes, roast , broil & steammeat, fish, vegetables, and other foods. Adds seasoning to foods during mixing, or cooking according to personal judgement.Observes & test foodsbeing cooks by tasting, smeling & piercing with fork to determine tha it is cooked, Carves meat, portions foods on serving plates, adds gravies and sauces & garnsihes servings to fills orders.May peels, wash cut shred vegetables & fruits. Mya butcher chiken, fish, shellfish. May cut trim and bone meat & fish prior to servings. May bake bread, rools and pastry. May supervise other employees in the kitchen & do other related duties.

Qualification Requirements: Preferably must have expertise in preparing & cook Korean food cuisine, including delicacies and other Korean foods preparation as the Korea house restaurant is concentrated in serving Korean & Japanese foods as well.
