| Job Duties: | To monitor and coordinate the daily business operation activities;prepares business daily change fund;perform merchandise inventory before and after business hours;display and suggest merchandise that meet customer needs;greet and attend to customers;submits daily sales reports;secure the shop before and after business hours. Must be knowledgeable in cooking apigigi,empanada and other local snacks and baking of pastries including buko-pie. Scrub and polish counters, tables and other equipments; clean glasses, dishes, and fountainequipments; Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers. Replenish foods at serving stations. Preparing ice cream and slush dishes using standard formulas & following directions. Prepare bills for food, using calculators and accept payment or make change. Perform other related duties as maybe required or assigned. |
