Job Duties: | Perform administrative and office support to the Admin Director. Assist in Planning and development, perform accounting and bookkeeping, prepare monthly budget proposal and financial reports. Reconcile Bank account on a monthly basis. Review billing and process payment request. Review and record petty cash reimbursement. Responsible for releasing checks to vendor. Maintain company documents and individual vendor folders. Prepare summary and financial reports for all vendors. Calculate monthly crew payroll and accrued leave balance. Maintain Yacht Crew files and Employment contracts. Schedule and organize Crew Travel Arrangement. Review yacht related billings and process payment request. Maintain monthly report for yacht related expenses. Monitor crew medical and travel billings. Process crew health insurance and enrollment forms. Responsible for crew sign on and sign off process. Oversee human resource related matters. Maintain company files, invoices and checks. Retrieve documents and files when needed. Prepares correspondence, forms, and assist in formulating policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the admin director |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have a 4 year degree. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Administrative Assistant. Knowledge in basic accounting is required. Must have experience in payroll processing, budget preparation, bank reconciliation, financial record keeping, preparation of financial reports & CNMI Tax. Must have an advance computer skills and strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel & MS Word. Must have knowledge in preparation of CW visa. Must be independent and able to work with minimum supervision. |
