| Job Duties: | Must be qualified and fully responsible for safety operation when on duty. Implements boiler safety operation procedure strictly; monitors the boiler’s operation; fills in the log sheet correctly to ensure the boiler in good operation. Repairs normal failure of the boilers in time. Suspends the operation and report to the responsible supervisor or duty engineer in time in case found or hidden trouble might affect the safety operation. Checks the boiler, other pressure equipments regularly. Carries out the water quality analysis carefully and adjust PH accordingly. Cooperates with the concerned staff to make good of the repair and maintenance work. Controls boiler and accessories as well as environment, cleaning should be carried out in every shift. Finishes the assigned tasks. |
