Job Duties: | Responsible for video observation of all aspects of the e-gaming/digital lounge operation and the reporting of all irregular or illegal activities. Monitor establishment activities to ensure adherence to all regulations and company policies and procedures. Observe Club operations for irregular activities such as cheating or theft by employees or patrons, using audio and video equipment and one-way mirror. Report all violations and suspicious behaviors to the General Manager, verbally or in writing; to ensure the accurate reporting of all activities (in appropriate logs) is complete, factual and literate, and that all written work and general administration is also kept neat, concise and accurate at all times; ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and to report any malfunctions to the General Manager as soon as possible; respond to all duress situations promptly and to ensure the incident is monitored in its entirely where possible and maintain strict confidentiality in all matters pertaining to equipment, procedures and information. |

Qualification Requirements: | High School graduate, GED or equivalent plus one (1) year experience in a recognized apprenticeship program which may be associated with these occupations such as a surveillance operator or investigator or any combination of experience, education and/or training in video surveillance and/or related investigations into all casino/e-gaming lounge related activities including accounting, gaming machines, change booths, cashiering operations, count rooms, or wagering areas. Candidate must have knowledge of gaming internal control procedures, CCTV and security management systems; have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in both written and verbal form; ability to handle multiple tasks; must demonstrate true passion to serve guests, have strong team work skills and must be willing to work shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Highly motivated, organized, outgoing, with excellent communication and leadership skills an advantage. |
