Job Duties: | Manages all phases of operations in Food & Beverage outlets, including scheduling, training of staff, and supervision of staff during dining hours. Monitors the operations of assigned banquet function(s) to ensure positive guest experience and guest satisfaction. Maintains a strong guest relationship and ensures that all F&B Supervisors and F&B staff communicate effectively to meet the guests’ satisfaction. |

Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of five (5) years restaurant and/or hotel food and beverage experience required. Minimum of two (2) years previous F&B Leadership experience required. Minimum of two (2) years of Banquet leadership role required. Previous experience in a first-class, medium to large resort preferred. This position monitors the daily operations of each restaurant function to ensure a positive guest experience and will profitably manage the overall operations of the restaurants. Will manage all service aspects of food and beverage functions in accordance with the policies of the hotel. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary. Must be knowledgeable of banquet set-ups, policies and procedures. Must have experience in budgeting and managing banquet operations. Must be able to successfully coordinate staff and resources in high volume, time sensitive environment. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holiday. |
