| Job Duties: | Provides analysis and design in support of information technology and business processes. Evaluates and maintains existing systems and equipment. Develop and implement technology solutions to meet business requirements. Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues and maintain system functionality. Monitors, configures, installs, tests and maintains assigned systems and equipment. Prepare and maintain reports, system documentation and procedures. Provide technical end-user support and training of software and systems. Recommend the acquisition of software and equipment. Utilizes computer and relevant software applications. Provides technical support and assistance to internal staff and external service providers. Performs data backups and disaster recovery operations. Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. Maintains an inventory of parts for emergency repairs. Maintains logs related to network functions and maintenance and repair records. |
