| Job Duties: | a) Performs general cleaning and minor maintenance duties in maintaining the building, adjacent walks and grounds, and equipment in clean, orderly and functional condition. Provides assistance to staff, visitors and other employees as necessary. b) Responds to requests for repairs to the inside or outside of the building; change light bulbs and fix faucets, maintains heating and air conditioning units or landscaping the grounds; inspect the grounds, buildings, furniture and equipment in the building for things in need of repair. c) Works on electrical, plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning systems, as well as minor construction, repair and painting jobs. d) Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. |
