Job Title: Investigator
Job Duties: • Conduct investigation, interview, collation and collection of evidence on suspected or actual crimes. • Based on investigation findings, compile and present detailed report, data, graphical information and evidence to Management or Government Authorities where necessary, strictly adhering to the Investigation guidelines. • Conduct background checks on individuals, vendors and companies. • Monitor, observe and analyze gaming, non-gaming, cash handling and all other areas of the property through advanced IT systems in order to identify possible risks and prevent irregularity. • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to the superior. • Report to management immediately regarding any questionable information found during any investigation process. • Coordinate with other team members to ensure that the daily tasks are completed in a timely and accurately manner. • Contribute to the effectiveness of the Investigation Department by promoting a professional image, handling all situations with the required confidentiality. • Maintain high standard of manner and grooming according to company standard at all times. • Strictly comply with the Company’s Policies & Procedures and Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned by Superiors.

Qualification Requirements: • College diploma or above; Major in Legal/Business Administration is an advantage. • Senior police background or demonstrated relevant experience. • Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills. • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. • Attention to detail and problem solving skills. • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure. • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both in oral and written form. • Ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage. • Self-motivated, organized, confident, friendly and polite. • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or other job related software. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
