| Job Title: | Assistant Animal Handler |
| Job Duties: | Greet guests and act on inquiries from clients, guests, and to a lesser extent, the general public. Confer with clients to provide information about products, services, or in making reservations. Guide guests from registration to animal interaction facility and back. Maintain effective working relationships with staff, clients, and visitors. Monitor guests during presentations with safety as the primary concern. Feed or exercise animals or provide other general care, such as cleaning, repairing, or maintaining holding or performance areas. Keep and maintain records on feeding management, water quality, and general health of the animals. Dismantle and assemble docks and pens during severe weather or as needed. Rescue distressed persons from hazardous situations using equipment, administer first aid, and request emergency personnel as needed. Other duties and responsibilities as needed. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma or GED with previous work experience in travel or tour operation, sales or service related field is preferred. Must be able and willing to work shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Preferably fluent in both written and oral communication in the English, Chinese, and Korean languages. Preferably Lifeguard Certified. |
