| Job Duties: | Perform general maintenance and repair jobs on building. Knowledgeable in electrical, carpentry, masonry and yard work. Perform other maintenance duties, such as installing light fixtures, refrigeration/freezer maintenance and electrical troubleshooting and other related works to maintain the facility. Conduct operation in a manner which promotes safety. And report all safety malfunctions on equipment. Perform other duties assigned. |
