| Job Title: | Maintenance Building Repairer |
| Job Duties: | Repairs and maintains staff house bulding and keep the same in clean and orderly condition. Trimming of trees/grasses using powered equipments and hand tools. Dispose garbage at land fill. Paints structures, and repairs woodwork with carpenter's tools. Maintain septic and water tank in good condition. Replaces defective electrical switches, and other fixtures. Repairs plumbing fixtures. Repairs plaster and lays bricks. Other duties include unclogging drains of toilets. Replacing tile and repair locks. Maintain clealiness in main office such as do vacuums; washing and waxing floors, dusting, straightening or dust mopping, replenishing bathroom supplies and stocking supply in closets, washing walls and cleaning carpet. Minor repair of air condition unit. Trouble shoot and diagnose problmes on pump, generator and telephone lines. And perform other duties as required or as assigned. |
