| Job Duties: | Perform variety of services for japanese tourits. Greet in person at the airport. Provides counseling and do selling of optional tours to customers. Help customer complaints and problems. Assit tourists in planning itineraries, gives information on resorts, historical sites, scenic, make resevation, act as liaison officer between the company and its customers. Handle pre-arrange package tours and activities surrounding in-bound tours. The ability to carry out activities numerated in the package tour. Prepare reports on tour activities and correspond with tour operators in Saipan and Japan. Makes and confirm reservations, arranges sales of optional tours or services and assist customers on a daily basis in explaining all the optional tours. And perform other duties as assigned or as required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | One year experience. Have knowledge for pre-arranged inbound tours. AS-400 knowledge is an advantage. Knowledgeable on how to speak, write and read is Japanese. Have the experience and knowledge to perform all responsilibilites of TravelCounselor. |
