| Job Duties: | Helps supervise, arrange & coordinates activities of workers engaged in conducting marine & land tour activities for Japanese, Chinese or Korean tourists, observe staff performance on tours to assure conformance with company standards, handle pre-arrange package tours & activities surrounding in-bound tours, have the ability to carryout activities numerated in the package tour, prepares reports on tour activities, reports to Managaha Manager on tours on a daily basis, correspond with tour operators in Japan, prepare exit & arrival schedules, must be able to formulate, organize & execute an attractive & competitive tour package in Japanese to be sold in Japan, confirms reservations, arranges sales of optional tours or services assist the assistant manager in the daily activities of Managaha Resort, assist customers on daily basis in explaining all the optional tours and rental items available at the resort and performed other duties as assigned or as required. May work on the Ferry boat to and from Managaha and explain in different languages the optional tours available on the island and on the return what bus to take to their hotels. Must be able to read speak write in either Japanese, or Chinese / Korean. |
