Job Duties: | The School Operation Director is leading and assisting the staff. It his/her duty to ensure that the school meets its educational aims. Does and enforce guidelines to promote the highest standard of good education, ethics, and values within the school and daycare.Does and enforce guidelines to enhance the effectiveness in order to achieve improve standards of learning and achievement in the school. Work with the School financial officer in preparing a realistic and balance budget for school, daycare and other activities.Monitor and making sure that standards and procedures are carried out when it comes to sanitation, health, safety and government requirements.Ensure people have a clear understanding of the policies and procedures and the importance of putting them into practice.Consult with relevant people and other parties to introduce new technology or improve existing technology for different purposes.Ensure the school’s equality policy is clearly communicated to all staff in school.Ensure that all recruitment, appraisal, staff development, grievance, disciplinary and redundancy policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Ensure the school’s written health & safety policy statement is clearly communicated and available to all people.Ensure the health & safety policy is implemented at all times, put into practice and is subject to review and assessment at regular intervals or as situations change.Oversee statutory obligations are being met for pupils with special educational needs, ensuring that financial and supporting agency services are adequate for their diverse needs.Work with the Regulatory Agencies and carry out their recommendations and rules.Monitor and attend training and seminars needed for the position.Monitor Staff both for school and daycare in regards to their performance and do semiannual job performance assessment.Performs other related duties and responsibilities in ensuring the staff efficiency at a reduce cost. Assist in the follow-up of personnel status processing, such as CW-1’s, H-1B’s and Green Cards.Assist in the document researches as required by the school and daycare.Assist and attend public informational meeting and seminars as required by the school and daycare. |
