Job Duties: | To maintain private households/establishments in clean and orderly manner, sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors, vacuum clean carpets, rugs and draperies, dust and polish furniture and clean metal fixtures and fittings, empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner, clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers, wipe down glass surfaces, make up beds and change linens as required, tidy up rooms wash windows as scheduled, sort, wash, load and unload laundry iron and press linen, sort, fold and put away clean laundry, operate mechanized cleaning equipment and maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition, wash dishes and clean kitchen according to agreed hygiene standards clean appliances, observe and report damage of hoouse property check all appliances in rooms are in working order, realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout. Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements, report any maintenance issues or safety hazards, respond to guest queries and requests, respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills, broken glasses deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms, ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms. Check and list down requisition of supplies for purchase to maintain adequate levels. And follow all company safety and security procedures. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have planning and organizational skills in order to put tasks in order, must have the ability to cope with problems and emergencies and make effective decisions. Workplace punctuality is a must and able to follow instructions, and attention to detail and meticulous use of property safety procedures. Self-directed and motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills in order to get along with the guests they serve. Must at least have 2 years work experienced doing housekeeping.
