| Job Duties: | • Hires, trains, motivates and supervises rental and service agents to ensure they perform their duties properly and efficiently and dismiss personnel as necessary • Handles employee scheduling and cover necessary shortage • Develops and takes action to meet daily rental sales, profit targets and utilization objectives • Observe rental market trends, competitive activities and rates • Maintains close control over department costs • Cooperates with department managers in providing rental units when necessary • Check out credit responsibility and rental qualification of new renters • Handles customer complaints effectively • Initiates and controls rental promotion, advertising, sales contests and incentives • Supervises cleaning and maintenance of the rental units so that they remain effective paid demonstrators • Establishes safeguards to protect rental property and rental vehicles • Takes physical inventories of rental units; provides detailed vehicle damage estimates • Reviews documents related to rentals to assure they are complete and properly executed; makes reservations; and complete rental agreement on return of units and collects proper charge • Prepares departmental reports and maintain customer file and other records as needed |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Detailed knowledge of Bluebird rental software; Rezpower and Rent a car Global Distribution System; proficiency in CDK; in depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles; Minimum two years’ experience in car rental plus two years supervisory role; Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Must be punctual, have interpersonal skills, be able to work in teams and to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment |
