| Job Duties: | SUMMARY Handles and performs a variety of non-technical, non-licensed mechanical, electrical, maintenance, painting, carpentry, custodial, plumbing, general repair and other handyperson task at AK Ensures the general appearance of AK buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance to dealership standards. Also be responsible to observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties and ensure that instruction specified by management are adhered to. |

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • 1-4 years of pervious work-related experience or trade knowledge related to building maintenance, repair, procedures and techniques. • Reliable attendance and general knowledge of tools; occupational hazards and safety. • Ability to follow detailed instruction. • Must have Saipan driver’s license • Must be comfortable working outdoors for long periods of time • Must be able to stand, bend, stoop and lift more than 50 lbs. |
