Job Duties: | • Prepare ingredients and cook food batches according to franchise instructions using large volume cooking equipment such as deep fryers, grillers, or griddles • Responsible for qualitative and quantitative control of products • Assist management in conducting monthly inventory of food and paper products • Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases . Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and kitchen utensils • Take food and drink orders and receive payment from customers using Point of Sale System with touch screen monitor • Serve orders to customers at dispatching counter |

Qualification Requirements: | * High School Diploma or GED, minimum 6 months to a yer fast food restaurant experience. * Must be available and dependable for flexible scheduling of work hours including holidays. * Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision * Can carry food cases weighing at least 50 lbs per case. * Must pass pre-employment trade test. * Must have a current CNMI Food Handler Certificate |
