| Job Duties: | Promote sale or rental of properties through open houses, advertisements, email or social media. Prepare and translate Assignment of sublease or rental agreements. Negotiate and close contracts with prospective clients and vendors. Prepare financial reports and discuss with shareholders. Oversee overall operation of the business and real estate properties. Persuade Japanese investors to lease properties in the CNMI as their second or vacation homes. Prepare and process all required permits or licenses. |

Can work holidays and weekends. |
