| Job Duties: | Repairs and maintains physical structure of the hotel. Replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures. Paints structures, and repairs woodwork with carpenter's tools. Repairs plumbing fixtures. Repairs plaster and lay brick. Builds sheds and other outbuildings. Performs maintenance on hotel's electrical, electronic, refrigeration, air conditioning systems, as well as boiler and elevators. Regular attendance is required for the position. Must be able to observe a problem, determine its cause, and work out a solution. Requires the ability ti read and perform basic mathematical calculations. Requires ability to communicate verbally and in written effectively with management and coworkers. Concentration, alertness, and attention to details as required, and perform other related as assigned. |
