| Job Duties: | Assist the Tour Manager in Promoting and marketing the business. dealing with customer queries and complaints . Maintaining statistical and financial records. Responsible for maximizing Resort revenues by developing programs to increase sales and make profitable use of its accommodation, meeting, and leisure facilities. Plan and implement sales & marketing promotions and set sales goals targeted at the Korean market. Negotiate agreements with tour groups and develop new and existing customers. |
