| Job Duties: | Do all Engineering works specially Civil Engineering, Construction Management and Project Monitoring (Quantity/Quality). Do structural analysis and design. Prepare Project specifications based in FP96, FP2003, MUTCD2009, prepare CAD Drawing detailing Project presentation. Work as Project Site Inspector and prepare report on Project accomplishment. Do Project Site Inspection and accomplished report on Quality of Workmanship. Recommend strategy on working procedures on how to finish the Project beyond maturity following the complete specifications. Prepare Project Cost Estimates, Scope of Works, Schedules and Duration of Works. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Holding the degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Licensed Civil Engineer (Register/Certified) from his point of origin or in USA. 10 yrs experience in Project Site supervision and Construction Management, Preparation of cost estimate, planning & scheduling. Can inspect & check Contractor quality of works as specified in Project Plans and Specification. Proficient in CAD Civil 3D. Familiar Civil Engineering works using computer software. Can prepare Project Specification for a new project. Have knowledge in Geotechnical Engineering and Soil Investigation for Design Foundation. Can design and compute for Erosion Control, Pounding Basin, Percolation Test with analysis. Flexible time schedule. |
