Job Duties: | Focus in the safety of the swimmers. • Examine injured persons and administer first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, if necessary, using training and medical supplies and equipment. • Contact emergency medical personnel in case of serious injury. • Rescue distressed persons, using rescue technique and equipment. • Patrol and monitor recreational areas such as trails, slopes and swimming areas, on foot, in vehicle or from towers. • Have to mediate conflicts among swimmers, particularly children. • Maintain quality of pool water by testing chemical level. • Observe activities in assigned areas. Inspect recreation equipment for hazardous and damage or wear. Instruct participants in swimming or other recreational activities and provide safety precautions information. • Warn recreational participants of inclement weather, unsafe areas, or illegal conduct. • Inspect recreational equipment such as rope tows, T-bars, J-bars, and chair lifts for safety hazards and damage wear. • Check to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly. • Clean and maintain restroom throughout your shift. • Maintain pool cleanliness, safety and guest’s relationships by hourly walks around the deck and pool. • May provide swimming lessons to the swimmers adults and children. Enforce all swimming rules and regulations. • Keeping track of the number of the swimmers on an hourly or daily basis and creating reports to the department head. • Monitor guest who are registered and has colored tag such as in-house guest and walk in. • Performs other task as determined and assigned by department head.. |

Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma or equivalent. At least from a few month to a year of related work experienced. First Aide and CPR Certified, swimmer or a certified lifeguard. He/She must be familiar with the safe handling of pool chemicals and the process to clean and sanitize the area. Posses a friendly, good moral character and good communications skills. Fit to work under the sun and willing to work in flexible shifts, in all weather conditions, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. Company may require swimming test. |
