| Job Duties: | Tests plumbing systems for leaks. Inspect sewer system for accumulation of oil or hardened waste. Dig into walls, concrete, sewer or drainage to find source of leak or malfunction. Unclog toilets, sink, pipes. Replace sinks, toilet bowls and pipes if non-repairable. Clean sewer system if required. Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts. Assembles fittings and valves for installation. Installs pipes and fixtures such as sinks and toilets. Receives complaints regarding plumbing and fix them. Understand and follow drainage systems of building. Talk/Coordinate with CUC or sewer and water provider. Prepares reports for maintenance supervisor. Diagnose defects of sewer system. |
