Job Title: Account Executive
Job Duties: The Account Executive reports directly to the Enterprise Sales Manager. This position is primarily responsible for growing the business of the company by maintaining relations with current corporate clients and establishing new corporate business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develops a list of prospective customers by seeking and following leads to acquire new business. • Schedule and lead in-person meetings on a weekly basis. • Create and maintain rapport with existing customers in order to address needs. • Seek out purchasing decision makers and develop and maintain relationships with them and to generate new business and close new revenue opportunities. • Design and deliver presentations to existing and potential clients of all products and services. • Negotiates contract terms with clients. Contract terms to be approved by the CNMI Enterprise Sales Manager. • Act as a liaison between customer and company regarding inquiries. Qualification Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be able to achieve or exceed predetermine quotas as set by the CNMI Enterprise Manager. • Must possess exceptional communications skills both orally and in writing. • Must possess solid interpersonal skills. • Must be self-confident, self-motivated, and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. NECESSARY SKILLS: • PC Proficiency • MS Work and MS Excel • Ability to multi-task and track pending issues • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing • Exception organizational skills • Knowledge of MIND (As trained) • Knowledge of RR • Knowledge of CAF • Knowledge of Data base for reports NECESSARY TRAITS: • Pleasant personality • Ability to work with others in a team environment • Understand role within team • Ability to work under pressure and with varying types of corporate customers • Must be a self-motivated with the ability to make decisions as required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Two to three years Sales Experience preferred; High School Diploma or GED required. Strong computer skills, including Internet, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of an organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Must have reliable transportation. WORK SCHEDULE: This is a standard full-time role and during select times individual will be asked to work flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
