Job Title: | Restaurant Assistant Manager |
Job Duties: | Restaurant Assistant Manager is vital to the success of the hotel and can affect the culture of the entire organization. Responsible for hands on in overseeing and reinforcing stock and cash control, employee and patron safety and the outlets. Provide support in managing and leading the team with the reinforcement of company values in an effort to ensure repeat business. Responsible for supporting staff in demonstrating and delivering company values on a daily basis. Encouraging and developing restaurant team will be an ongoing and extremely important part of the permits, licenses, employment and Workplace Health & Safety are adhered to at all times. This is an important role in contributing to the friendly atmosphere and success of the hotel and must be performed competently, consistently and with pride. |

Qualification Requirements: | Requires an Associate's Degree in Hospitality or equivalent. Have at least a few months to 1 years of work related experience in restaurant management. Have hotel experience and a thorough understanding of restaurant service. A team player and demonstrate organizational skills. Have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence. Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Flexible and willing to assist as needed to ensure all restaurant standards are met. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. |
