Job Title: Reservations Supervisor
Job Duties: Controls all bookings for the resort to ensure high yield and profitability. Coordinates all reservations efforts among the various markets, reporting to the Director of Sales. Communicates with Korean wholesalers and land operators to maximize earnings. Creates efficient reporting systems required by the Corporate office. Trains each Reservations staff to be as productive as possible. Prepares month end reports and assists with yield marketing. Performs other related duties as required.

Qualification Requirements: Minimum of one (1) year experience working in Rooms Reservations for a hotel. Must be resourceful, take ownership of problems and issues that arise, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Must have ability to work well under pressure and lead a team. Must be able to use hotel PMS (Micros Opera), MS Office and Excel. Must have experience with Vision Reports. A High School Diploma or higher is required. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
