| Job Duties: | Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports. Develop, coordinate, or monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs. | Qualification Requirements: | Required a completion of three or four years of recognized apprenticeship or vocational training. Preferred to have a several years of work-related experience, on-the-job training, and/or vocational training.. Must have work-related skills, knowledge and experience in this field. Must have effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate, supervise, manage, or train others to accomplish goals. Physically capable to light 70lbs and willing to work in flexible shift, days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must have the abilities to: Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Science — Using scientific rules and methods to solve problems. Review technical documents to plan work. Design industrial processing systems. Design industrial equipment.
