| Job Duties: | Responsible for the overall care and maintenance of golf courses and country club. Manage greens and landscaping. Maintain tee markers, flags, ball washers, benches, canopies and other equipment located on the course. Mow, water, and fertilize the grass and manage trees, ponds, bunkers and sand traps. Relocate flags and holes on putting greens on a periodic basis to prevent uneven wear and to increase challenge and interest of the course. Perform a variety of procedures and operate many different types of equipment including mowers, leaf blowers, trimmers, small tractors, bust cutter, and tools to fix divots and other imperfections. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or GED certificate. Greenkeeper must have a solid understanding of the rules and history of golf and the necessary care and maintenance procedures. Must be able to work independently and be able to follow instructions from the course designer and course management. Need anywhere from a few months to a year of experience. Must be highly dependable. Must be able to work outdoors. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. |
