Job Title: AVIATION OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT
Job Duties: Job Description: The Aviation Operations Superintendent is responsible for supervising the Aviation Operations at the Saipan airport Depot and assisting the Aviation Operations Manager in the safe and proper handling and storage and movement of aviation products at the airport. The Superintendent is also responsible for dispensing aviation fuel into aircraft, assists in keeping the facility and personnel in compliance with Mobil Aviation’s systems controls and guidelines, Joint Inspection Group (JIG) standards, ExxonMobil Joint Inspection Group and optimizing the efficiency of all assets at the facility Job Duties: • Leads, executes and complies with Mobil’s Operations integrity management systems, controls, policies and guidelines by using Mobil procedures, aviation manuals, follows Joint inspection Group standards and procedures and adhering to local and federal government regulations and industry standards. • Ensures that only clean, dry and on-specification fuel is delivered to aircraft safely and efficiently. • Interface with the refuellers and contractors to perform facility or equipment maintenance and repair to improve operations’ safety and efficiency in the most economical manner. • Oversees all aspects of aviation products, assets and materials and ensures that they are used in a safe and efficient manner. • Responsible for personnel adherence to required levels of performance on assigned duties during the shift. Approves and implements actions on equipment maintenance and repairs recommended by refuellers, contractors and engineering but not limited to. • Reports the current developments and other information pertaining to the operations and performance of the facility to the Aviation Operations Manager. • Other administrative management duties as required.

Qualification Requirements: Qualifications / Skills required: • Supervisory experience in safe petroleum handling, storage and movement or related field • Understanding of aviation and federal regulations as applicable to petroleum handling, storage and distribution • Must be able to work shifts based on a 24-hour work day, work extended hours, weekends and holidays • Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate orally and in writing in English Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills: • Experience in aviation operations • Previous experience in petroleum handling and storage • Previous experience in petroleum industry
