| Job Duties: | Responsible for the efficient running of all electronic gaming machines, servers, and IT systems. Repair, service and maintain all electronic gaming machines in order to minimize down time of machines which result in loss of revenue. Organize the activities of maintenance and technician contractors. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School graduate, GED, technical school plus a minimum of 3 years work experience as a slots or e-gaming machine technician in a casino or equivalent or any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training in e-gaming machines repair, service, and maintenance skills can be demonstrated. Able to communicate clearly in and possess a good command of verbal written English. Knowledge of various types of electronic gaming equipment used on casino floor and demonstrate the skills and ability to diagnose problems, take corrective action necessary, and ensure device is operational as quickly and efficiently as practical. |
