| Job Duties: | Promote sale or rental of properties through open houses, advertisements, social media or email.Prepare financial reports such as payable & receivables & report to owners. Prepare BGRT, EWRT, invoices and payroll of company. Negotiate and close contracts with clients and vendors. Persuade Japan investors to lease properties in the CNMI as their vacation home. Prepare and process required licenses and permits. Coordinate with CUC, DPW & Fire department regarding complaints. Oversee overall building operation. |
