| Job Duties: | Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operatin and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Service,clean and supply restroom, gather and empty trash. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping using detergents & other cleaning materials to keep surrounding clean & tidy, scrubbing or vacuuming them, strip, seal, finish and polish floors.Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Cleans windows,glass partition and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees.Available to work Monday to Sunday/ Flexible time.Other related duties as maybe assigned. |
