Job Title: Assistant Reservations Manager
Job Duties: Controls and manages all room reservation bookings to ensure high profitability through yield management as well as oversee the daily operations in Room Reservations. Have knowledge of entire Room Reservation procedures. Coordinate all reservations efforts among the various markets, reporting to the General Manager/Assistant General Manager. Work closely with Rooms Division and /or GM/AGM in regards to reservations, rates, and occupancy. Prepare month end reports, other reports assigned, and assists with yield marketing. Train new and current Reservations Agents, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum levels of productivity and efficiency. Supervise Reservations Agents in their daily duties. Update hotel information and room availability on various website platforms such as iHotelier, Siteminder, Expedia, Rakuten, and other available distribution channels. Performs any other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Degree in hotel/hospitality management or equivalent preferred, Minimum of one (1) year experience working in Room Reservations for a hotel and three (3) years of related managerial experience. Must be proficient with hotel Property Management System (Micros Opera), Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Has experience with Vision Reports. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
