| Job Duties: | To achieve the company's business objectives in demand generating and trade sales activities. BASIC FUNCTIONS AND KEY TASKS: 1.Plans and implements activities related to demand creation and sales. Conducts regular and consistent visits to all customers and effectively implements the Business Building Process. Implements product focus and matrix for various customers. Ensures product starter stocking and display. Conducts product detailing to consumers, customers and institution. 2.Implements activities related to sales generation from accounts. Conducts regular and consistent visits to all trade outlets, pharmacies and clinics implementing Business Building Process. Ensures distribution of core products in all trade outlets and pharmacy. Conducts inventory Management to ensure product availability. Monitors and evaluates product off-take as well as competitors. Formulates sales plan/forecast accurately for all accounts. Ensures sales objective achievement on accounts. Monitors order processing and delivery to ensure over-all customer satisfaction. Coordinates with warehouse on matters such as stock availability. 3.Implements activities to establish professional business partnership with customers. Implements activities that establishes. |
