| Job Duties: | Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons of tables in dining establishment-the Korea House Restaurant. -check's patrons identification to ensure that theymmet minimum age of requirements for consumption of alcohol beverages -Collects payment from customers -Write patrons' food order slips, memorize orders or enter the computers for transmittal to kitceh staff, -take orders from patrons for food or beverages, -Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems -serve food or beverages to patrons and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required, -prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes, -Remove dishes and glasees from tables or counters and take them to kitchen for cleaning, -present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request -inform customers of daily specials. Work activites include the following: -Performing for or working directly with the public -Establishing and Maintaining inerpersonal relationship -communicating with supervisors, peers and subordinate-Getting information -Handling and moving objects -Identifying objects, actions and events Judging the qualities of thngs services or people -Performing general physical activities -Making decisions and solving problems -Assisting and catering for others and do other related duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have knowledge of the following field: Customer and personal Service-Knowledge of principles and processe for providing customers and personal services. This include customer needs and assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of cutomer satisfaction. Sales & mMarketing-knowledge ofprinciples and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategies and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control system, Food Production-knowledge of techniques and equipment for planting, growing and harvesting food products(both plants & animals) for consumption, including storage/handling techniques. |
