| Job Duties: | Greet guests and act on inquiries from clients, guests, and to a lesser extent, the general public. Confer with clients to provide information about products, services, or in making reservations. Guide guests from registration to animal interaction facility and back. Maintain effective working relationships with staff, clients, and visitors. Monitor guests during presentations with safety as the primary concern. Feed or exercise animals or provide other general care, such as cleaning, repairing, or maintaining holding or performance areas. Keep and maintain records on feeding management, water quality, and general health of the animals. Dismantle and assemble docks and pens during severe weather or as needed. Rescue distressed persons from hazardous situations using equipment, administer first aid, and request emergency personnel as needed. Other duties and responsibilities as needed. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma or GED. Must have previous work experience in animal husbandry and/or travel/tour operation or service related field. Must be able and willing to work shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Preferably fluent in both written and oral communication in the English, Chinese, and/or Korean languages. Preferably with a valid Lifeguard certification. |
