| Job Duties: | 1.Enter customers' transactions into computers using Agent's Remittance System (ARS) to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts. 2.Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts, and calculate daily transactions using computers, calculators, or adding machines. 3. Prepares quarterly remittance report to the Division of Banking & Insurance. 4. Prepares monthly SSS Report for submission to SSS Main Office. 5. Prepares proofsheet for IRS transactions and input data for the day. 6. Prepares day-to-day Reports such as PNB Manila - Saipan remittance account reconcilliation. |
