| Job Title: | Merchandise Quality Controller |
| Job Duties: | Maintain and check good quality of merchandise and goods to be process either obtained locally or imported abroad. To insure the quality of products being ordered and used for the production of goods. Labeled products need to be checked as per actual recipe. Controls Inventory records for all merchandise purchases and produced goods for sale. Oversees the stacking and display of merchandise, general upkeep of the display racks and the proper handling of delivered products. Maintain a systematic communication line between different departments for the purpose of coodinating orders and keeping markdowns and damages.Check spoiled and unused supplies. Check prices if correct and compare reasonable prices from suppliers. Stocks Produde and frozen merchandise in accordance with USDA standard. Report price mark ups per item immediately. Check expiration date of all supplies. Compare quality products to provide good output of goods. Follow FIFO method of inventory stocks. Check prices of merchandise. Stock merchandise properly and insure lead stocks at all times. Provides, general assistant to the bakeshop and restaurant purchasing. Maintain and check the quality of products produced and products being used. Check all frozen deliveries in right temperature and labeled approved by USDA. Check quality of produced goods. Check quality of outgoing products to be catered to all customers. Daily report summary for all merchandise received and products sold and returned, Prepare reports through peach tree accouting software and discuss to management the quality of incoming and outgoing product processed . Translate non English labeled products to english like japanese and korean products.Work at any time or flexible hours.Do all other duties as MERCHANDISE QUALITY CONTROLLER |
