To attend pre-bid concferences and pre-construction conferences upon awards of bidded projects. To prepare project work schedule, safety programs, and quality control programs. To prepare project costing, monitoring and control through out tthe duration of construction contract. Justify change orders. Ensure construction health and safety regulations to be observed by all employees. Monitor and control materials, labor hours, and equipments used in all construction projects. |
