| Job Duties: | Records daily, weekly and monthly sales transactions. Monitors on line banking transaction, prepares deposits transactions and credit card sales. Records and monitor accounts payable. Prepares and records check disbursement. Records and monitor accounts receivable. Follow up accounts receivables to customers. Monitor loans payable and fleet inventory. Prepares payroll and other reports as per requried by the manager. Prepares quarterly tax, annual reprorts and other reports to government agencies. Monitor supplies for ordering or printing. Do other jobs as per assigned by the manager. |

Must possess a good character. |
