| Job Duties: | Prepares/inputs daily collection. Prepares deposit tickets for retail and wholesale collection. Monitors Company Receivables, prepares statement of accounts, follow-ups collection and receipts of payments. Monitors trade and non-trade company payables. Receives & process customers’ orders. Prepares monthly journal entries. Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current company financial position. May directs and coordinates activities of clerical workers performing accounting and bookkeeping tasks and may do other related duties. |
