| Job Duties: | Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant to ensure effecient & profitable operations. Work closely with personnel in preparation & processing of reservations, answer complaints & resolve problems. Assign responsibilities to personnel, work shift schedules for workers & observe performance to establish smooth operating procedures. Assist doing daily inventory of all foods, merchandise and assets of the restaurant, checking stocks & requisitions & purchase supplies costs. Check menu of the day. Inspect kitchen, dining area & reservation rooms, outside grounds for cleanliness in appearance. Prepare advertisement campaign of the restaurant to attract customers, shall present oral & written report of restaurant operation. May hire & review applicant or terminate employees & other related duties as required or as assigned. |
