Job Duties: | To ensure efficient, safe and economic operation of engineering Department in support of all other operating department, supplying services as required to the entire operation and maintaining equipments, buildings and grounds in optimum condition. To prepare annual engineering budget in coordination with Finance Manager & General Manager. To closely monitor and control daily utility consumption and expenses. Manage site utilities services (electricity, water, gases, cooling, heating). To develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all operating equipments and facilities of the hotel to ensure that it continually in good operating condition. To develop & implement hotel safety, health and maintenance training program and other related duties. |

Qualification Requirements: | College degree in Machanical or electrical Engineering course. Must have EPA Section 8 Technician approved Type Universal Certificate, Water treatment Plant Operator-Class-2 and 3 to 4 years of successful experience as a Chief Engineer in a hotel or related industry. |
