| Job Duties: | Serves meals to customers in compliance with prescribed rules of etiquette for the dining. Prepares tables and side tables for meals. Set tables. Ensure cleanliness of linens , silverware, glassware, and dishes. Greets guests and seat them at tables. Presents menus to guests dinner courses and appropriate wines,and answers questions regarding food preparation. Write customers' orders on checks or memorize them. Relay customers' orders to the kitchen. Serves bars, Garnishes and decorates dishes prior to serving them. Serves from chafing dish at table. Observe customers to respond to any additional requests and to determine when customers have finished the meal. Clears table of dishes, silverware and glassware when customers have finished eating and drinking. Removes soiled linens and resets tables after customer, dusts ceiling and air ducts; wipes window panes, sills, tables, chairs, display and funiture; cleans floor). Regular attendance is required for the position, and perform other related duties as assigned |
