| Job Duties: | Provide design team leadership and client services. Effectively manage, supervise, assign, commuicate and work cooperatively with other in-house staff, clients/owners, design team members, and consultants. Develop conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documents. Prepare perspective renderings in color. Prepare project scopes of work. Manage design costs, project budgets and schedules. Conduct construction products/materials research. Develop construction drawings and technical specifications. Prepare construction cost estimates. Provide Contract administration. Provide construction management, conduct construction observation site visits and prepare meaningful reports. Report to principal Architect(s). |

| Qualification Requirements: | Architecture degree from a NAAB accredited school of architecture required. Qualified to take the Architect Registration Examination (ARE). Five (5) years successful work experience under the supervision of a CNMI registered Architect. Three (3) years experience as Project Manager supervising design teams of in-house staff and consultants. Three (3) years experience in construction management of architecture projects. Knowledge of AutoCAD 2007; ability to draft with a high degree of proficiency and speed. Proficiency in the use of Revit Architecture 9; ability to implement and train other staff in the use of Revit Architecture 9. General understanding of Building and Zoning Codes; ability to conduct Code searches. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language. Ability to translate documents from Japanese to English language very helpful. Effective management skills. |
