| Job Duties: | Supervise the food service associates, including scheduling/assigning work, participating in performance assessments, coaching/training fast food worker and responding to queries, etc. Respond to customer issues and requests to ensure excellence in customer service, e.g. Discounting prices, replacing items, the operating point of sale terminal, etc. Prepare/maintain restaurant for daily operations, including merchandising, setting up the cash float for point of sale terminals, reconciling cash, pricing items/identifying discounts, monitoring and re-stocking food items/supplies. Collaborate with Manager to coordinate and implement special events and activities, e.g. Valentine's day, Christmas events, decorations, etc. Organize the daily opening/closing activities, including cleaning, dish washing, food storage, etc. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Hotel & Restaurant Management. At least 2 years work experience as restaurant/food service supervisor. Must have knowledge and hands-on experience operating/troubleshoot machinery/equipment. Knowledge in food chain industry is a plus. Must be available and dependable for flexible scheduling of work hours, including holidays and weekends. |
